26, 5’7” and last weigh in said 180lb (thanks Christmas!). Would love to get back to my highschool weight of 145-150 but would be happy landing at my university weight of 160 with muscle. I’m getting married in 15 months, never too soon to start! My Apple Watch rings are keeping me motivated but I would love some friends…

In the same boat. I felt my best at 150. Slowly creeped up to 160 and then 165 by this time last year. Throughout 2016 I managed to climb to 180. I need to get back to feeling good again physically and more importantly mentally.

Yes, mostly because of the stress and frustration associated with it. When I'm in the field I walk a lot and it's great exercise but those days are far and few between now. Actively looking for a new job with normal hours that will allow me to join teams or go to fitness classes regularly and help me meet people in town.

I'm 5'8" currently at 169. I'm usually comfortable around 160 but 145-150 is my ultimate goal. I was as low as 135 in highschool and that was far too thin for my frame, I like having some curves.

23. 5'8". 169lbs. Looking to lose the summer BBQ, break-up, winter, and new relationship weight I've tacked on since I lost 10lbs last spring. Down to 145 is my ultimate goal. Feel free to add, I could use the motivation.

5'8" currently 171. Want to get down to 160 and from there to 150 and maybe 140. Any lower and you can count my ribs.

I was doing well my last year of university, exercise classes 5x a week, eating well maintaining a good weight and felt great about myself. I moved across the country after graduation and shortly after got injured in the job. I want to get back to how I was about a year ago and no longer let my injury define me. Don't have…

I live in the city and jog along a busy park trail so it's not so bad. Though I'm terrified of bears. Already got bit once, that's enough for me. Thankfully they don't come into the city too often. The city deer are also jerks. Moose don't come around too often either.

5'8" 170lbs. Gained about 10 since last summer between an incident and living in camp. Want to lose it and maybe additional 10-20, get back to my highschool frame. Could use encouragement, feel free to add.

I could use some encouragement! Feel free to add me. I'm usually not too bad for food, will be better now that I am out of camp and cooking for myself again - always wanna try new things!! As for exercise, really need to shape up, can't use the incident as an excuse as much anymore..

I'm game, could use friends. Holla!
