I plan on getting some tattoos after I have lost weight. I am using that as motivation though lol. I would like to get one on my upper thing area as well. I have tattoos now ( between shoulders, lower back, etc) and gaining and losing weight didn't change them at all.

Right after I work out I am tired but then I feel energetic. I think exercise boosts your endorphins so it's natural to feel better.

It's weird because I didn't think people actually asked that, until they asked me that lol. Like, really? Don't eat as much and exercise. If there was a secret everyone would be skinny.

I weigh myself daily but I only log my weight as it decreases. Unless I gain back a lot like I have done in the past :neutral:

I lost 80lbs in the past (gained all but 20 back) and honestly I didn't feel that much skinnier. I did feel more energetic and overall happier.

Aqua...I just think it's soo pretty and relaxing. But I mostly wear darker colors and a lot of black. Hoping to change that one day.

I lost about 80lbs and hit a major road bump and started feeling crappy about myself...Gained about 60lbs back. I am trying to get back on track although I am having a difficult time.
