My problem area is the saddlebag area... it's the worst... I think I'll have a 6pk before that area is completely smooth any suggestions???

My belly - it's where I hold most of my fat. I've already lost 14" there though, so I'm not sweating it - it'll happen.
You can't spot reduce, so my suggestion is to eat at a calorie deficit0 -

Everything between my shoulders and my knees. But I'm short and thick in the middle so no matter how lean I got I'd still hate how I look, so I'm learning to make peace with my lumps and bumps.0

Butt. Everything I eat seems to go straight to my butt.0

The lower part of my gut from pregnancy. I'm getting more tone there now than I ever did before having a child, but it's the most difficult area. I also carry more fat in the back of my arms.0

Can I say whole body?! My weight seems to evenly distribute itself.. but I really dislike my arms!0

Calves, oddly enough. It's impossible for me to find a pair of boots that zip or lace all the way up to my knees. Granted, some of that is muscle (back when I was a ballerina, I spent a lot of time on my tip-toes). But it also seems like my body considers it a convenient place to store extra fat. It's like, "Oh, you have muscle here? Let's insulate it!" One of my goals is to be able to wear a pair of boots.0

I'm a "sugar whisperer" -- I can actually hear that crap calling me daily. I'm constantly saying NO! these days.0

Saddlebags/butt. I am actually going to have a consult with a plastic surgeon to see what options are available, since 20+ years of diet and exercise have produced minimal results.0

Calves and Thighs - I have the hardest time losing fat in my legs and toning them. I also, can never find boots that fit over my calves and more often than not end up having to have them stretched. Even at my thinnest my legs were big, thick and shapeless.0

my 'batwings' and my tummy and my calves. Just like somebody else said, it's so difficult to wear regular boots. At this point I can only fit into wide calf boots. : /0

Lower abs also. I have had over a dozen abdominal surgeries so it is very lumpy looking. Plus I was more than 100 over weight for 20 plus years and it is a mess. To look OK I have to wear compression garments when I wear a tight dress. Yes it is a girdle. Doc says that once I get to my goal weight I still may need surgery to make it look better. at $8 - 12G that is not likely to happen.0

I don't know what size you are now.. however I had the boot problem myself but as I continued on my journey and shed the pounds I am happy to say my calves fit just fine into any boot I try on just keep working on your journey and it will happen for you too ... and 'batwings'....lol... before I lost my weight I almost crashed my Harley trying to see how bad mine were flapping in the wind...lol... fortunately I didn't crash... I am still working on mine though, slowly but surely0 -
Triceps and that awkward but just above the bra strap!!0

love handles - I've had them my entire lift, from when I was underweight at 118 all the way to when I was overweight at 168. I'm just built carrying fat right there on my hips.
Also my arms, they just won't slim down. I have been lifting for a while and you can see muscle definition when I flex but when I'm relaxed they just look giant and flabby0 -
My upper arms. I have lost about 20 lbs but barely any inches from my arms. I don't remember the last time i went sleeveless!0

Saddlebag area for me too. A desk job is not kind to a "hippy" woman. I don't have any suggestions. I've never been able to get rid of mine. I'm sure I'd have to drop my overall body fat less then I'd like.0
