I had to give up sugar and sweeteners. The artificial sweeteners just made the cravings worse.

Interesting, I had to go out with friends this past Friday and I drank to glasses of diet coke. I did not consume any alcohol. I notice the more fat I lose, the colder I am. I chalk it up to I having less insulation on my body. I'm happy about it!

I've lost about 14 pounds since I started keto about a month ago. Prior to that I was doing extreme dieting such as not eating anything except water and fiber gummies for a week at a time. I would lose weight but I would gain it back as soon as I stopped the dieting. LCHF is a lifestyle for me now.
