It depends on the days but around 1600-1800 cal a day :) Nope no low carb here My muscles do look bigger so it's probably water retention :)

It's not that i'm unhappy with my weight anymore cause I do feel better.. I just really wanna know what the reason for it could be :)

I just started carb cycling 4 days ago.. so my macros are High: 210C/40F/145P Medium: 175C/45F/145P Low: 145C/50F/145P I measure everything! I don't train more, just harder :)

I don't have a specific schedule that I follow. I just make sure to alternate between the different muscle groups so I don't work the same muscles everyday.. And then I have 2 times a week where I focus on cardio :)
