My current shoes probably have about 350 miles on them, I was planning on getting new ones late July/early August. I will for sure check that link out!! I know a few from an athletic trainer I talked with last year, others I looked up online. I am currently in the process of scheduling an appointment with my general physician who will hopefully refer me to a PT (my insurance won't pay for it without a referral). They are AMAZING. I just had one last night-they are kinda like the cookies & cream with the chocolate chunks, but the cream chunks are minty!! Absolutely delicious!

Check out Christine Salus on YouTube. She has some amazing videos, and I believe there are a few completely focused on abs! I have gotten much more toned doing her workouts the past few months.

Whatever you do, please remember to increase your mileage by no more than 10% every week. Doing so will prevent overtraining and injuries. I have gotten injured multiple times from increasing my mileage at too rapid of a pace. Happy running!! :)

What I think sets Quest bars apart from other protein bars would be its ingredients. They use ingredients that I can read actually understand what each one is-as well as having very good macros/micros (almost 20g of fiber!!)

I have actually found that Forever 21 has really durable sports bras.I have 4 of them, including one that is still in amazing condition after 3 years!! Aside from that, I usually look for good deals at Dick's Sporting Goods or Target.
