@Keladelphia is my favorite crossfit competitor.

But for generic informational purposes from a location in Montgomery, AL: - A lot of purple and yellow (like A LOT) - A lot of cardio equipment to include: ellipticals, treadmills, a few stairmasters, and a couple of those weird Gazelle-looking machines - A decent collection of dumbbells for (relatively) lighter workouts -…

What are your goals? Probably would help former and present members here to give their opinions of the establishment for you if they knew what you were needing out of the gym.

I don't know why I'm so excited, but I mis-grooved this 365 and was still able to lock it out. I'm pissed that I lost some tightness at the bottom of the lift, but stoked that I've reached a point with 365 that even if there's a mis-hap, I'm able to get to the top of the lift. Bench has done great things so far this block.…

Finding balance can be hard for many. *In my opinion* the best thing you can do is really focus/meditate on figuring out a way to be okay with things like taking a rest/recovery day and eating enjoyable foods in moderation. Again, that can be hard, but to be successful long-term, you'll need to find a way to balance out…

AND a new phone!!! All kinds of things to be happy about. Great work, keep it up.

That's why I think it interests so many people. It's different. Similarly, I think it should be noted that raw lifting has only recently grown in popularity with lifters such as Ray Williams, Brett Gibbs, Heather Connor, and the likes doing such amazing things in their respective weight classes. Equipped lifting was the…

I think comparing equipped to raw lifting is apples to oranges in EVERY aspect. You might have a LOT of untapped potential with raw lifting, but equipped lifting is a totally different sport. I don't think equipped lifters transition from raw to equipped to "lift heavier weights" in most cases. I think it's because it can…

I literally only drink it for the taste. I've noticed that if I drink that concoction for a night workout, it takes me a while to wind down and fall asleep. I don't see any effects (negative or otherwise) when I drink it in the morning. Go figure?

I drink PWO for the flavor. If I take two scoops, my face gets tingly so I guess it does SOMETHING.. Anyways, I drink Ghost Warhead PWO in 2-3 oz of Monster Zero Ultra. I love sour candy so it's a pretty nice treat.

I don't think you can see it until the third set, but here is the way to take wrists completely out of the lift. https://www.instagram.com/p/BOr3pClFUPt/?taken-by=tribalperformance

Some days, lifting is a chore still.

The post is to address the need for a walking partner. OP, I'd be more concerned with finding a stranger from the internet to walk with than walking alone to be honest.

My front squats are impressive in relation to my back squat. I've ALWAYS been a high bar squatter until recently, though which translated well to front squats. Front squat 1RM is probably somewhere close to 75% of back squat 1RM.

I cannot tell if you're asking a question or offering a suggestion. If you're asking about 24/7 Fitness, most I have been to are nice. They typically have a well-rounded establishment with the necessities for almost all workouts.

I train sub-maximally using auto-regulation. I'll begin to peak in about 4-5 weeks for a meet I have in March. Then my lifts will be closer to a true 1RM. This lift, for example, is supposed to be at a rate of perceived exertion in which I leave two reps in the tank. I think there were at least two reps left after this…

Stabilizers for bench, primarily. Depending on how heavy your load is and how slow and controlled your eccentric movement is in the bench press, developed biceps can help. Probably helps a little with deadlifts too, I'd imagine. I'm not sure.

10-12 hours a week recently. Hopefully that backs down a little after competing.

What?

You say the bolded with such certainty. Be careful using absolutes like that. I know that there is no way I could effectively work all of my muscle groups and still see strength gains by working them all every workout. I'm FAR from a bodybuilder. I don't know why you would say that focusing on specific muscle groups are…
