What I do is I take a measuring cup and I only cook a cup of it or how ever many calories per cup it is depending on te pasta lol it's not hugely filling but I do work evenings so I get home late so I find a light dinner before bed is better then a heavy one :p but yea only cook what is one portion that way u can't over…

I have a tred mill in my room/ basement so it's really easy for me to do it as well you can also get I forget what their called but it's like a dumb bell but round and you can do all sorts of things with that I'll try to remember what it's called you can do push-ups sit ups v snaps all at home as well :) jumping rope too :)

Do you stretch a lot ?? Stretching helps greatly with flexibility etc also try taking a deep breath while further that usually helps to help Id Id stretch daily of course more gently on your rest days but cold muscles usually aren't that's flexable I hope this mKes sense lol

I was thinking of doing a i fit into my old pair of shorts challenge ? Like by idk June first we could be able to fit into that pair or clothing that we saved for after we lose the weight type thing ??

Hmm that's a sticky situation of you can open up for w.e reason and trust me I have issues with that too schedule your cheat day around when you hang out with them that way you don't need to feel guilty
