Indeed I did it was a example and I've not bought that actual one, but you right the sugar is round about the same Again hence I would like to try make some that give me the same boot (counted in my calorie allowance) that are better for you with less sugar

I can't afford quest bars that's the point of this post I mean clean as not fill off crap like chocolate bars Just a natural carb boost bat (home made)

I use PHD Diet whey on a morning as I'm not really a morning person take little time to make but I boost it to a 350 calories breakfast shake add oats yogurt and water What I use is in my plan photo below

God no I don't want more calories I was just surprised with the amount of food on the plate for 649 calories look more like 8/900 on the plate
