I want the cals uncooked and no I'm not eating it uncooked lol Cooked cals are no good as depending how much water is taken in by the the rice it cold weigh less or more cooked so you could eat more cals that way

It's a garmin forerunner 235 it's linked to garmin connect the MFP today it's OK as I've done 60mins circuits 6k steps and it's only going me a few calories to eat back.

It's not double counting the fitbit is definitely unlinked and only has the garmin linked. I'll unlink it and re do it. As said I've done nothing so shouldn't be that high.. I never eat them anyway trying to keep to 2k

so atm mfp says goal 2130 used 1070 remaining 1625 if i want to lose 2lbs i would deduct 1000cals that would leave me having a total of 1695 today them if i dont do anything else today but i guess im working this out wrong

2lbs a week that's the max it can do I no people don't like this but I don't trust the Fitbit washing the pots and talking a shower give you 500 steps that's no right surly

Well MFP set it at 1800 daily negative calorie adjustment is enabled And on a plate trying to eat healthy 1800 has huge plates of food I probably only hit 12000 steps today due to being on holiday from work I'll have to see what a work day says next week

That doesn't make sense if I up the activity level in MFP it gives me even more calories for my dinner and want me to eat 3000 a day at the highest level I have walked just over 5 miles today with the dog due to being on holiday from work and my Fitbit says I've taken 11000 steps so far I'm sticking to the 1800 today as…
