Bit confused will cals in rice UNCOOKED.

Cals in uncooked rice please ?

    Are you eating it uncooked? If your to the nutrient facts; it's referring to cooked rice.

    I want the cals uncooked and no I'm not eating it uncooked lol

    Cooked cals are no good as depending how much water is taken in by the the rice it cold weigh less or more cooked so you could eat more cals that way

    It's more accurate to weigh rice raw, and log that amount,using an entry for raw rice.

    OP - do you have the package? What does it sat on the nutritional info?

    355 kcal per 100g

    It's the one I use. Aldis own label.

    the label says 100g/345cal/7protein/77carbs/.5g fat

    easily scalable depending how much you want

    Weird it's 355 on my packet. Do different countries have different suppliers maybe?
