Something isn't right I changed from fitbit to a garmin watch and linked it to mfp today is a rest day I've moved around 5k steps But I've nearly 2000kc left to eat wtf?

I've set a limit of 1600 calories and so far I've had 841 with breakfast snack and lunch I've linked my strava to MFP and just taken the dog out for 45mins it says I've burned 537 calories and it says I can now eat 1296 calories more That plus the 841 I've already had = 2137 If I eat that will I still lose wait I've tried…

confused with raw and cooked cals
I've been measuring chicken raw and counting the calories but if I measure it ones it's cooked it's calories change Also the App isn't telling me if 100g of mince beef is cooked or raw so I don't no how to work out the caps for that
