just to say, i would personally get checked out if it was concerning me. it seems like a bad idea to not go to the dr because people on the internet say so.

the only change i have had is mine stops and starts and doesnt last as long. i dont know what that means :confused:

I buy frozen tuna steaks and salmon fillets from aldi (i dont know if you are in the uk). They are so simple to cook, straight in the oven. I have them with salad/stirfry veg etc. yummy.

occasionally i will have half a pomegranate. I sit picking the fruity bits out and it gives me something to do with my hands as well. I actually prefer it to popcorn or other snacks and its so good for you. It takes ages to eat so by the time i have finished the cravings for bad foods have passed.

Hi im 5foot6 and started at 176lbs, now down to 163lbs (after 4 and a half weeks), aiming to get to 126lbs. My advice would be to eat loads of veg and protein, less carbs (you still need some) and to drink loads of water.
