The juicy fruit commercial where they guy makes dart noises instead of talking. It is so vulgar I almost vomit. If I'm in control I shut off the TV.

On my phone so can't post pics you can see a few on the avatar. Where is the debauchery, I musta missed the sign in?

I rinse then heap on conditioner and then leave it for at least 3 min before rinse. I then spray on a leave on conditioner wirh argon oil. If i don't baby it I break off lots. I use shampoo once or twice a week.

I feel you. Log your food and you'll learn what your intake is and what the poor food choices may be doing to you. Excersize is really secondary to diet imho. Just start today and it will get better. Hugs I lost 100 by eating right first, got tight after. Peace

I say no. Just log life and some days will be better than others but be honest. Yes some days we eat the *kitten* that got us fat but we don't live that way anymore.

I'm over fifty! Log your food here and you will learn what you can and cannot eat. It's a life thing and not a diet. You will fail but the trick is to not stop.

I have money..i get up work out and go to work. Come home have dinner bike visit friends go out on weekends and party hard maybe once a month. I try and take a nice vacation once a year. My car is 5 years old. A million isn't a lot of money and investing sucks. It's another job in itself managing money...sorry…
