Thanks @Hippychick5983 !! I do not eat back my exercise calories, because I have so much to lose and I try to be in a bigger deficit if that makes any sense to you! I may be doing it wrong :(

I did update my profile last night, and it did increase my caloric intake to 1200! Won't I gain weight if I am eating more?? Is that a stupid question? I am still gonna exercise 2 hours a day, dancing or walking. I am sorry if I am not understanding any of this!

I weigh EVERYTHING I eat :) I am very strict on myself about this. Do I need to update my profile any? MFP did put my caloric goal between 1000-1200, but I have lost 30lbs since starting, and exercising more.

I have a question! I do not know that much about this site, do I need to update my weight and exercise on my profile? I am still eating calorie wise what I was when I started. And do I HAVE to eat back my exercise calories?

My only confession on here is that I have strictly went by the book! I have had a few drinks, but it was in my caloric intake, so it was ok. My only problem is that I am NOT eating back my burned calories for exercise! I know, that could be a bad thing! But with what I am eating during the day, I am not hungry for anything…

I got really bored by the treadmill! I play Just Dance on the WII for at least 90 min a day. I am not lifting yet, as I have a lot of weight to lose and do not have a gym membership either. The dancing is fun and different!

Hi all!!! My worry was for nothing, and I am sorry that I even posted! I got up this morning and was down 3lbs!!!! That makes it a total of 28 lbs in 8 weeks! Thank you all so much for the support and info!

@MischelIM, I am just going on what MFP suggested. 1000-12000 calories a day and yes I try to make it 1000. Plus the last week to a week and a half I have really upped my exercise! I figure I know the answer to this, but I stepped on the scale this morning and have not lost a thing :( If anyone could look at my diary and my exercise this week and tell me what they think, I would greatly appreciate it! I have been working my @$$ off this week! And have been in a calorie deficit all week long! Help…

@dbowen7984 , just start again tomorrow and don't give up! Everyone has bad days, so don't feel alone. When you feel the need to eat, eat some almonds, some fruit, or chug a bottle of water! I honestly have no cravings for unhealthy food now. You can do this! :wink:

@modacielo73 , it does not have to mean ANYTHING to ANYONE but YOU! You are doing this for yourself! Just like I am doing mine for MYSELF! I know it helps with me playing with my girls, and gives me more stamina with others, like walking and skating, etc... but the bottom line is that YOU are the important one! :wink:

@heathrlynn50 , since I have at least 85 lbs to go, that is what is keeping me motivated! And knowing that I have tons of clothes that I can wear when I get there to that size makes me really happy! But I agree, it is hard sometimes!

Happy Mother's Day to all my MFP friends on here! After an hour of skating last night, played Just Dance with my daughters for 3 hours last night! Much more fun than walking on the treadmill!! lol

Y'all crack me up and make my day!! I just got back from skating!!! Woo Hoo! Burned over 600 calories for 1 hour! I am dying now tho! My feet! My feet! LOL Not too bad for a 45 y/o :wink:

Today is my "official" weigh day! But yesterday, I decided to just take a peek and I had lost 4 lbs this week! But when I got on the scales this morning, I was only down 2 lbs :( I will happily take the 2 lb loss, but was happier with the 4 lb loss!
