Excited to get started on this challenge! I need help keeping motivated..I'm hoping this is my answer. Need to eventually lose 30 lbs, but small short term goals seem more manageable... H: 5'3" CW: 155 GW: 145

I really would like to lose 30 lbs, but I find it easier to have smaller, short term goals. I will try to lose 1.5-2 lbs a week for this challenge. My plan includes restricting calories to 1200-1300 a day, and 30 min of exercise at least 4 times a week. H: 5'3" CW: 155 GW: 145

I'd love to join this challenge! I'm currently at 156 lbs and my ultimate goal is 125-130 lbs. To lose 10 of that in the next month would be an amazing start!
