Lol I'm a noob at running so I do about 30 minutes alternating to walking. My main goal is to do 30 minutes without stopping to walk. Overall I tried in a fasted state and my endurance isn't the same, just like alluminati said. Next time I'll try eating half a banana or coffee.

I agree with dancediva to use a calendar to plan out everything. Personally I use a study time table and lable work and school related things. I know it can be stressful but meal planning also helps in order to not binge on junkfood. I aim Mon-Fri and on Saturday and Sunday cook with the family
