  • Love cheese too. Look around though especially in the specialty cheese cases and you can find very low sodium varieties!
  • I'm 49 and glad to be back on track with eating and exercise after two separate running injuries that side lined me for 1.5 years and during which I gained 20 lb. I am determined to end my 40's healthy! Feel free to add me!
  • I turn 50 in December and could use some encouragement by others trying to eat well, lose weight and get in better shape. I am not sure how to add friends here though. So feel free to add me until I can figure this thing out.
  • Turning 50 in a couple of months...oh boy! I've used MFP off and on and it's so helpful. My biggest thing is accountability as I work to lose 30. (I like food!) My goal is to have it off by February. 14. Due to some past injury I can't run like I used to, so good cardio is a challenge for me. Feel free to add me
  • I love tortilla chips and was so happy to find there are salt free corn tortilla chips now available! My other weakness is cheese, which can be all over the board with sodium content. Aldis carries several varieties of goat cheese that is spreadable and low in sodium. My Fav is the Honey cheese.
  • Same thing happened to me. I used to run 2-4 miles a day and maintained my weight. Got hit by Plantar Fascitis a year ago and quit exercising. I'm finally healed, but have regained and lost motivation. I need accountability and motivation.
  • 5'1 and 154 here and have always struggled with weight. I made it down to 130 a few years ago with Weight Watchers, but didn't feel healthy...turned out i was anemic and had developed an intolerence for sodium. I stepped away from WW and the weight has crept back on. That's when I started tracking with MFP since it also…
