Hello y'all. This is my 2nd go at this. Although I struggle to stay committed to exercise,I want to be my best self inside and out.

Hi, ajankainc--Feel free to add me. I'm 56 and got to my goal when i was 53 on here--gained a few back in maintenance after a difficult winter and am working at taking those off again. The work is never done, but we can make the 50's fabulous!0

Turning 50 in a couple of months...oh boy! I've used MFP off and on and it's so helpful. My biggest thing is accountability as I work to lose 30. (I like food!) My goal is to have it off by February. 14. Due to some past injury I can't run like I used to, so good cardio is a challenge for me. Feel free to add me0

Turned 50 in June and have lost 30 lbs since then. Another month or two and I'll be in better shape than at any point in my 40's. By Xmas I expect to be better than at any point in my 30's.
