Hi all. I'm 23 weeks at mid night, first time logging in to MFP in a while.

OMG, I gained a pound. Now I have 11 pounds to lose! I have my first meeting with a personal trainer tomorrow. I also start a running challenge, biggest loser challenge, and game of thrones challenge. Hoping that with all this motivation, the scale will once again be in my favor.

Any programs that you can recommend? I don't have a personal trainer and do all my exercise at home. I can buy weights or a bench if I need off of Craigslist.

You hit the nail on the head, I have no direction. With cardio, I just go. With strength training, I don't know what to do next! I get bored and go back to cardio.

Fred Meyers in the Pacific NW now carry them. I had one for the first time last week. It was tasty, but I would rather eat a smaller meal or a copious amount of watermelon.

I eat my regular meal before hand and bring a bottle of sparkling water, a apple, and whatever fun 200 calorie snack I want. I sneak it all in!

It's really comforting to know I'm not the only one losing weight slowly. It can be discouraging when the scale fluctuates! I have to continue reminding myself to keep on keeping on!

Weight watchers has it's place. I hear that it really helps educate people on healthy eating habits. Also you can connect with humans in real life. If you feel that you are educated on what a balanced and healthy diet is for you, what types of exercise you need, and you have people in your corner then make the transition.…
