Goal weight question
I have lost 17 pounds in the last six weeks! I am feeling pretty awesome. I am now only ten pounds away from my goal weight which is 150. I just checked a BMI chart and saw that a person at 5' 9" can weigh between 125-170. That seems like such a big range. How does one choose a reasonable and healthy goal weight?

Unflavored protein powder
I hate the artificial tastes of flavored protein powders. Can anyone suggest a good unflavored protein powder that really has no flavor? On a side note, I just bought designer whey French vanilla and swear it tastes like mashed potatoes. I like the flavors of the real fruit that I put in my smoothies!

I am curious where to classify Kettlebells, cardio or weight training? If I walk/jog and do a Kettlebell workout a few times a week, is that enough to tone and lose weight or do I need to do something else?

Okay people! Three meals a day doesn't cut it for me, what do I do? I am a teacher and I am famished at 3 or 4pm. I eat breakfast at 6:45, lunch at 12, dinner at 6. How can I create an eating schedule that works with my schedule?
