Yeah I've increased my weight in the last two classes! Although not by much, I've always stayed at 10kg but the last two weeks I've increased to 15kg....

Mmm I do Insanity one day and Spinning another day....so Bodypump, Insanity and Spinning....I just find it strange how its all of a sudden started happening....

Yeah parallel or so I thought, it doesnt hurt when I'm doing it though! and I've never had this issue before, just the last two weeks!

But surely if this was bad form my instructor would say so and it wouldn't only just be happening now?? and as for bad knees, can "bad knees" just occur like that?

I just talk to myself in my heaf,it helps me a lot i.e in Spinning when the sweats dripping off me,my butt is killing and my leg muscles are screaming out, I just say over and over "You can do this you can do this" haha

Thank You...One more (probably stupid question - sorry), how do you know which substitute exercise to do? i.e. you said the substitute exercise for the 45 degree back extension can be done on the ball but how did you know this? Does it say somethere which exercise substitute the ones your not able to do at home etc....…

Thanks "jemhh" for our reply, also I was wanting to do this programme at home but dont have all the equipment i.e. front lat pulldown or a bodyweight 45 degree back extenstion, therefore am I allowed to substitute these exercises with ANY of the substitute exercises listed on the back pages?

Bodypump as I really like to push myself in each class and feel like I've achieved something when I'm able to increase my weight!

I'm a morning person, always have been! I'm usually asleep by around 9-10pm and then wide awake at 6pm for work and school drop off....Although sometimes I think I get to much sleep as I can be really tired when my alarm clock goes off at 6pm but most mornings I'm a ray of sunshine!

I only started MFP last Monday and have eaten all my calories I earn through exercise. Yeah I'm currently reading Starting Strength at the moment which is really helpful but just wanted a proper routine on those two days as I'm really crap at things like that and I hate going to the gym with no set routine and not knowing what to do!

Yeah, already I feel more aware of what I could replace some of the high macro foods with low ones! I'm enjoying it, I'm used to pointing foods anyway on Weightwatchers but of course when your dealing with a whole new system it can be daunting but so far so good!!!
