I'm on 26 propoints per day which is about 1050 calories BUT on weightwatchers all fruit and veg is free (except corn and avacado) so although some may say thats too low for me, you gotta think about the extra fruit or veg I may eat, which I eat fruit everyday so I probably am hitting about the 1200 per day mark!

I workout on my lunch as I too dont want to miss out on seeing my son in the evening/weekend! We are full time working parents so the time we have together as a family in the evening and weekend is precious!

To be honest I don;t think it was the "workout A" thats done it...After my workout A on Monday I did some Leg Presses on the Machine but I did them at weight 110kg (don't all shout at me at once!) and I know its those that have done it! And I also know adding the leg presses was way to much for my body!

Thanks, so once I get used to the SL workout could I maybe do some rowing/walking/cross trainer on the other days, I only work out Mon-Fri and on my lunch hour so the rest days in between the SL programme seem like a waste because I then have two rest days at the weekend anyway.

I just did my first Stronglift workout A but on the barbell row I couldn't manage the 5 sets of reps, is this maybe because I had to much weight? or do I just need to really push myself? I had 10kg plates but the actual bar itself weighs 20kg's....

I dont want to rush into adding heavy weights and cause myself an injury!!, I have a PT who has shown me deadlifts and I already do Barbell Rows, Bench Presses, Squats and Overheads in Bodypump, I worry about injurying my back so I'd rather start low!

Sorry one more question. It says to have a rest day in between, I plan to do this Mon, Weds,Friday but I also enjoy doing bodypump and Insanity on Tuesdays and Thursday, can I still do these classes or do I HAVE to have those rest days... x

I too felt nervous and intimidated when I first joined the gym,my first class was bodypump and now I do insanity and weight training....you come to realise that no ones interested in your workout or what u look like....they are more interested in their own workout just like u are! :-) dont be scared!
