I found the same issue that CROSSFIT doesn't appear as an exercise. Every day is different at CrossFit ...so I estimate that I burn 350 calories per workout. I'm sure that is under estimating but I have no clue what to record. I figure it is better to under estimate than to over estimate. Does anyone have a suggestion for…
