Adding New Exercise to List

Good day, I've been using this site for a long time and noticed that there are never any updates or adding of newer fitness programs. Things such as Crossfit, Insanity, or even different running speeds such as running at a 9:00/10:30 pace/11:00 pace. There are only a very few options for running paces. How can this be updated?

    I found the same issue that CROSSFIT doesn't appear as an exercise. Every day is different at CrossFit ...so I estimate that I burn 350 calories per workout. I'm sure that is under estimating but I have no clue what to record. I figure it is better to under estimate than to over estimate. Does anyone have a suggestion for the calories burned?
