Well I had my first PT session last week and due again tomorrow. This went really well. Have decided to check stats in a month so any loss can be more satisfying. MFP has given me a target weight so I've put it as a screen saver on my tablet so its there as a reminder when I use tablet. Really enjoying the gym and feeling…

Hi Paul, thank you for your comment. I am looking at putting more walking in generally - to shops and on an evening time. I'm not a big tv watcher, I leave that to the wife!
