No distinct recipe, but I put flax seed in anything I can.

If you just started the 1200 cals a day, it will come with time. You MUST be accurate when logging.

It was WAY under for weight loss. I lost too much weight too fast when I was strict on 1200-1400 daily. Now, with my new found activity level, It seems I can maintain at 2000-2300 daily and stay within 2-4 pounds of my weight.

I just throw fruit in a blender and call it a Chunky when I don't feel like 'eating'. Rarely do I get a smoothie or a juice of decent consistency.

This. Personally, I'm not looking forward to the influx of people who play into resolutions coming to the gym. Granted, they will be gone by the end of the month. Good job for those who keep going there after.

I'm *kitten* freezing right now.

You'll need more fats if you're just focused on Chicken, Broccoli and Rice for your meals. Nuts for a snack or something

I just went back to normal eating. Honestly, I hadn't been very hungry after Thanksgiving. It's okay to enjoy more food than usual, just keep yourself accountable on every day.

I add misc cals to make up the difference so i can finish my entried for the day.

That would depend on someone's goals I would think. I used to eat at a deficit of 1200-1400 cals to lose weight. Now I eat an average of 1800-2300 cals and have gained weight until I stabled at a weight I can maintain (went from 163 to 170 doing this) At the same time, I have been weight lifting so I don't know how much…

This is not the first time I've heard this, but I have a legit question: Is it true....that adding coconut oil to your coffee has significant improvements on bowel movements uhh.. the digestive system in general?

Eliptical. You can trip on a treadmill :P

You can do it! Part of my weight loss journey was because I wanted a healthy pregnancy too (no kids yet though). It all started with calorie counting and eating better.. then I incorporated exercise. I had set backs of eating too much of course, but don't beat yourself up too badly over that. Remember that it's okay to…

I bought myself things I've always wanted as part of my milestones :3 Tried to train myself out of food as a reward

Hey, as long as it's working for you and you're eating the right amounts for you per meal, there's nothing to worry about . My schedule makes me eat waaay earlier in the day where I usually have my first meal by 3am and my last meal before 5pm.
-
Definitely start with a meal plan or calorie counting, whether its eating less in general and/or eating more healthy. I'd recommend more healthy eating since you can eat more XD I was surprised that I could eat way more meat and veggies over 1 pastry or something. I'd recommend calorie counting to start. If you're sick,…

If it's hard to 'find time to lose weight', start with meal planning. Even if it's not exactly the healthiest foods your eating, managing calories is a good first step. That way, you're only watching the amount you eat vs. what you're eating and exercise. Not sure how your job schedule works for planning beyond that…

Nice! I'm glad to hear more restaurants are doing this.

Found the flagger.

I don't know what constitutes as skinny fat, but my BMI is right at 25 with a BF% of 36 ._.; So I'm probably still weirdly fat. I've been strength training, but still keep up with cardio so my body toning process is going slow. Not complaining, I'm just not expecting to 'see' my results.
