Thanks for the input, guys! I just won't log it and keep mindful to my calorie intake

WOO HOO!
-
I update my diary. Otherwise, I don't post much on my front page. Not sure what kind of updater you're looking for.

Always consult the doctor. I would figure only gain no more than 10 pounds since that's probably the weight of the baby.. but this is definitely something to keep up with your doctor and/or an actual nutritionist. It's more about nutrition over calories in pregnancy. So, keep up with those healthy meals.

I ate pretty much what I wanted. Just LESS of it. Using My Fitness Pal alone was enough for me to figure out proper portion sizes by calorie counting and exercising on top of that. I set a goal for myself and stuck with it. Lost 80 pounds and only fluctuated between 6 pounds while trying to work on maintaining. Right now,…

Nah, I would fast for other reasons, but I just like food too damn much!
-
Under the Quick Tools option, you can copy by meals, but not the whole day
-
Why not both? Lol I'm an almond and coconut milk person myself >_> I got off of regular milk initially to be able to enjoy cereals with less calories. Now that most of the weight's gone, I drink whole milk on occasion when the mood strikes. Never had soy milk.

I use PB2 with Chocolate exactly for that reason. Peanut Butter calories are ridiculous.

This! Can't noone have said it better ;P It is true that you don't HAVE to exercise unless you want to, but it's highly recommended that you do so you have more of a toned look to your body instead of looking 'skinny fat' when you hit your goal. I'm about 20 pounds away from my goal and already see the skinny fatness…

I'm not sure what any of the thyroid stuff means, but as long as you're eating healthy and within a do-able calorie deficit, you should be able to lose the weight. Might be slow, but it will happen,
-
Sure you can as long as it's within your calorie deficit.
-
It's a good question.. some people say "You can't outrun a bad diet." Depending on how you feel about a relapse, try just managing th eating first so you don't have too much on your ...plate. /no pun
-
This. I didn't count condiments much and I still lost weight. With calories counting, you're definitely more aware of what you're eating, so you'll end up eating less.
-
I think it's because people lose a lot of weight on those commercial diets which make you drink nothing but shakes and eat very little in between. Therefore, when you get off that diet and go back to eat normal food at your normal quantity, you gain the weight back. In terms of bulking though, I wish I could shead more…

Good luck! If you subsequently end up losing weight, or getting stronger leg muscles, the pain will be lessened. I would suggest talking to a doctor or a decent physical trainer to give you ideas on more types of exercise. I've found that swimming and bike riding are good cardio exercises that don't put too much pressure…
-
You're probably eating more, or burning less, calories than you think. How many calories are those shakes? Are you snacking in between? Some 'healthy' snacks can be loaded with calories. Not that it makes them unhealthy, just keep in mind how much you're eating.
-
A small snack every day as long as I don't go over.
-
Are you the same lady with the Youtube CHannel titled the same?
-
^ This. I've had the same problem and decided to lower my cals recently. I'm not as happy maintaining 165-170 as I thought I was going to be.
-
A vegetable soup <3
-
Good question. It doesn't look like a bad routine.
-
BOOTY BOOTY BOOTY BOOTY ROCKIN EVERYWHERE. No, that was just the first song that came to mind...
-
NOPE. Class or not, people already don't wipe off gym equipment.
-
Get to 150 pounds. Entirely do-able.
-
Of course it's possible. You got a lot of time, but don't make that your excuse to slack off!
-
I was pretty big to start and I lost round about 40 pounds in the first 5 months. So that's about 9 pounds a month? Sounds about right.
-
Not sure what to expect this year.. my gym is small and cheap with lots of "swol bros" so I'm sure they'll scare off the Resolutioners pretty early.
-
Highest legitimately recorded (No misc. entries) was approx 3300 cals.
