I know it sounds boring but can you eat the same meals everyday to lose weight.

Of course you can, why would you think not? You'd want to make sure it was nutritionally balanced, though - a varied diet makes it easier to get your nutrients, as a rule.

I swap between a few meals in the week. I also feel like I’m eating a fair bit, it’s always under 2200cal but feel like I’m always full with extra calories left over by the end of the day

I get lazy about dinner and tend to eat the same thing for weeks on end. It's been 100g vitality slaw (cabbage, celery, red onion, coriander) with 100g smoked chicken, 30g feta, 100g cucumber and 20g dressing recently. Works ok as the weather is warm in NZ right now. Slight change this week as my son's garden has an abundance of zucchini.... out with the vitality slaw and in with 200g zucchini zoodles.
It's made me think... I pretty much keep to the same things but don't get bored!

You can, in theory, but in practice only if it isn't so boring that you get fed up.
For general health, variety is highly recommended.

Eat all your calories. You can undereat for a while before it catches up with you, but trust me, it will. You can save some for a weekly treat if you like. But make sure you're logging correctly. If you're losing at the expected rate, and you feel strong and happy, all is well. Eating well should make you satisfied for an appropriate amount of calories.

I do for several days at a time and I have lost weight. I can't afford or be bothered to do otherwise.

Sure you can as long as it's within your calorie deficit.

You certainly could which would make calories and macros easy to hit but really take care over what those meals are as it's typically dietary variety that ensures you get all the micro-nutrients you need.

You could find a happy medium of cycling around a few different meal choices perhaps?

How would you think you would handle reintroducing a wider variety when you get to goal weight and transition to long term maintenance?

Id even say it was ideal. AFTER taking the time to learn what your body likes and thrives on. I eat the same few staples every day and have for over a year. With some minor variations when i want a snack or something. I know what my body likes and i dont complicate things
