    I'm in, 279270! I lost exactly 21 pounds during the last 4 months, so I think it's entirely do-able for you and me to lose 21lbs from now until June.

    I lost 28lb between Jan' & June last year no problem. I am now struggling to lose the other 16 but I will.

    It matters because if you were already at a low weight for your height, it might not be possible to lose more than 3lb per month. Weight loss is a lot slower when you are close to/in a healthy weight range.

    For you it may be possible though. I wish you luck!

    it matters because the closer you are to a healthy weight/height ratio, the harder and slower it is to lose weight. When I weighed 300 pounds, i routinely lost +/ -10 pounds per month. at 150 now, 4 pounds per month is GOOD month. REALLY good almost unheard of good. 2 pounds is more realistic.

    At your height and weight, your goal should be achievable, but keep inn mind, there will be weeks where you see little or no loss, and scale number fluctuate based on water retention, time of month (if youre a female), and other sometimes undetermined variables.

    Learn how to use a food scale and WEIGH ALL FOOD. liquids get measured in measuring cups. dont go by package serving sizes. Learn to do it correctly. Once you ave it down, its easy and doesnt take much time.
