Going to work on recomp..
I want to work on muscle building since I'm so close to my goal weight. Problem is, I'm not exactly sure what to do. Some things I've read up on says to eat at maintenance, weight train for approx 30 mins, and of course, eat less on days you don't train. My 1 question is how do I know what my maintenance calories are?

Freakin finally!
First goal get. Finally my digital scale (which reads 4 pounds heavier than my dial scales) says I weight 179. This has been over the past 3 days so I've managed to lose all the 65 pounds I set off to get rid of. I went from 245 at my heaviest. Next series of goals will occur in 20 pounds increments. 160 here I come!
