Sleep -_-;

For some reason, I'm only able to sleep 4 hours at a time. I feel pretty well rested when I wake up but should I still go to the gym since I didnt get a full night of sleep? I would maybe get another hour of sleep afterwards.

    if your 'normal' at the moment is 4 hours sleep then it is what it is... going to the gym might actually help you sleep more?

    Maybe, but perhapes it would be better to go to the gym at night instead of first thing in the morning...

    No way I could even function on 4 hours sleep let alone go to the gym.

    Is this normal for you?

    after 4 hours sleep i would be dead by 6pm, so i would go in the morning before i felt too bad!

    Go to the gym at night if that is better for how your sleep schedule works.

    If the question is should you go to the gym or not, yes, go to the gym.

    Do you consume and not log zero calorie caffeine?

    Seems like 4 hours asleep isn't enough and whether your tired or not. It might be causing harm on other processes that happen while we sleep. Check with your doctor.

    I've found that exercising at the gym has helped to improve my sleeping. I sleep about one more hour a night, and sleep more soundly.
