Going to work on recomp..

I want to work on muscle building since I'm so close to my goal weight. Problem is, I'm not exactly sure what to do. Some things I've read up on says to eat at maintenance, weight train for approx 30 mins, and of course, eat less on days you don't train.
My 1 question is how do I know what my maintenance calories are?

By your weight staying in a fairly narrow range for an extended period of time.
That may well take some experimentation over a period of weeks or even months to find that number.
Your current rate of weight loss is an easy way to get a reasonable estimate, losing at 1lb a week would indicate your maintenance calories are roughly 500 cals/day higher than you are currently eating.
Many people simply walk up their calories week by week and don't even bother estimating eventual maintenance cals.
PS - no idea where you get the idea that 30 minutes of training is the right amount of time. The amount of time to complete your routine will vary with the routine.
PPS - you will find far more posts about recomp in the Maintatining Weight forum.2 -
This sounds pretty good. Thank you for your advice!1
