Now I get people saying I'm too thin and need to put weight on and stupidly I listen to them when in fact I should listen to myself like I have done my whole weight loss journey. Thank you cloudi2. It's all a learning curve and trial and error,I've found I've been eating more at the weekend and snacking later in the evening too which a few months back I wouldn't have even contemplated .

I don't have a bad foods list though . I eat a variety of foods and love what I eat . I just don't touch junk food because that's what got me obese. I have random cravings too like seafood and pasta . I'm trying to listen to my body

Sometimes I do more exercise depending on what classes or if I'm at work. It's a work in progress I know and I will get there. I have done this routine for over a year now and had to change my complete mindset to get to where I am now

It says 1720 without exercise but then I exercise a lot every day. I would love a fitbit but out of my budget at the moment unfortunately.

Thanks my old habits were over indulging and eating crap and not exercising .just everything that could make you obese basically. That's why I was so strict and cut everything out and didn't allow treat days. I know I will get there ,it's just finding the happy medium and what works for me now :)

Before I started my diet my period week was awful,I would just crave sugar and junk food so I was wary about it during my diet . But I've been fine,still not touched sweet stuff or gone over and carried on with my usual exercises.
