One day a week refuel meal/all you can eat
Would one day a week be a good idea to have an all you can eat buffet as in Chinese or pizza to refuel your body if you were finding it hard to eat more calories some days and do a lot of exercise?

Snacks for the cinema or when watching a film
I get greedy with raw carrots as a snack so am trying to cut down on them . normally I make a lunchbox of salad type stuff up with a drink when go to the cinema but now I need a bit of variety but low calorie. Any ideas greatly appreciated :)

Is not caring what I ate or drank even though it was beyond bad for me . I've educated my brain to know calories and healthy eating and even though I would quite like some chocolate right now and have enough calories for it I'm thinking of all the pizza I consumed yesterday that needs to be worked off still :(
