Raw carrots ,even better if it's dipped in some light light Mayo or some tomato sauce as a snack whilst watching a film .

Fage Greek yogurt, the 0% varieties - so low in calories and high in protein for such a sweet, tasty treat

peanut butter. I cant be trusted with it in the house. cheese is right after that but I dont have the issue with being compelled to lick the spoon with cheese so I can have preportioned sizes of that in house0 -
Beef jerky. Good protien and fast snack. Fills me up.
