    im not addicted to anything except maybe gum.. i call them my cigs haha. Always chewing gum and my dentist aint happy about it.

    Clif bars - especially the Builders crunchy peanut butter and chocolate hazelnut varieties
    Fage Greek yogurt, the 0% varieties - so low in calories and high in protein for such a sweet, tasty treat
    Sauteed carrots, onions and Bell peppers - my go-to combo for adding micronutrients to my vegetarian dinners
