I have never weighed my portions.i scan the bar code on the packets but not weighing and it never hindered my weight loss. I've lost over 16 stone .you have to find what works for you

I barely drink alcohol these days .but I notice that when I do my body is ok with vodka and diet coke and it doesn't make a change in the scales more so than a wine spritzer with diet lemonade.

I'm the same as you with cravings though not whilst I was loosing weight. Luckily my cravings are quite healthy most of the time and fit into my daily calories.

It took me a while to realise that I have been maintaining for months as I'm sticking to the weight range I want which is half a stone.to not go under 8 stone or over 8 and a half stone. I go between 8 stone 4 and 8 stone 5 at the moment .

Yeah if I go to the harvester for continental breakfast it fills me up till dinner in the evening so won't have lunch .the same with pizza hut buffet if I have it at lunch I am full the rest of the day

Thanks Tavistock toad ,I don't want to be restricted to a treat at the weekend long term if that makes sense . If I want a treat in the week like pizza hut buffet or similar i want to do it

I've been upping my calories a lot and it's not over exercising as I have seen people do a lot more . To maintain if says 2160 I think and then on top you are meant to eat back some of your exercise calories aren't you? I was only asking if it was a good idea like when people have treat days :)
