I didn't mean one meal a day ,that's just crazy . I meant like a treat day once a week and if you've not been able to eat up to maintenance calories every day that it makes up for it if that makes sense? Not overindulgence though as still eating within your calories. Doing a lot of exercise as in very active

I have had this from a friend recently and my mum and it upset me but after speaking to other people I am of the mindset that as long as I'm happy, healthy,upping the calories and trying to maintain then that's all that matters. I worked so hard to lose my weight and I will not let people bring me down

Insanity is hard though it gets easier as you go more.i was almost 25 stone when i first started going and now it's easy.i love Zumba more though because it's a fun way to exercise

I recently climbed snowdon for the first time ever and on my own and Omg I was not prepared for it at all.it was freezing conditions at the top, deep snow,couldn't see over the edges and I couldn't feel any part of my body . I used to hate my excess skin so much when lost the weight and still do but now I think considering how much I've lost and the fact that I've had 2 kids it's not that bad

You can get lower calorie wines,the lowers the alcohol content the lower the calories. Also you could get the small bottles instead of bigger ones and as well you could make it into a wine spritzer with diet lemonade so it's a longer drink and you can have less calories in it

Omg I did it I went to Chinese buffet. Had 3 small portion plates and a tiny bit of pudding and I feel ok .much better experience than pizza hut.no guilt and enjoyed it

I'm thinking that if I go to the local one by us at lunch time instead of going further away then it will be cheaper,less choice too to overindulge

You can get low calorie wine which if I have I add diet lemonade to it and make a spritzer or alcohol free wine but that isn't that nice in my opinion

Before I started my weight loss journey the time of the month was another excuse to eat lots of crap food and not care so I thought I would struggle but I didn't at all.i didn't even fancy it and I found that apart from swimming I could still do my normal exercise routine

I've tried tesco dark chocolate chocologic and the aldi one and prefer the tesco one .I want to try the nut one too

If I have cauliflower rice it is always when I make a curry because plain it's not that nice but with the sauce and chicken it's yummy

Low calorie Cereal bars like alpen light or special k are good because they have some cgoc flavours that are nice .also low calorie flavoured hot chocolate sachets mat hit the spot.muller light Yoghurts too

When I was bigger I was a dd cup and now I don't have hardly any. But it's a small price to pay to be healthy and fit
