Never tried jerky,I like things that last a while to eat and filling . I did think about a bag of chopped fruits but not sure what as have Oranges and apple in the day for snacks

The only drinks I track is if I have alcohol or an options hot chocolate, I don't track water or squash etc because it's all no added sugar and don't drink many fizzy drinks anyway . Acadecca thank you for the advice it has helped a bit. People keep telling me to up my calories and eat more and treat myself as I've done the hard work and my blowouts aren't even that bad tbh . It's all psychological and I know this but I know I need help with it

Yeah I am definitely happier and healthier and loving my new lifestyle though struggling with maintenance at the moment and upping calories .

Monday is usual my rest day though I still do an hours walking aswell as go to work and do the school run . If I've had a bit more food than normal over the weekend I may go for a run before work on a Monday just because I will feel all stodgy otherwise
