For my first month I didn't weigh at all apart from at the start and end I lost 14lb. I tried bloody hard but I still had treat days. Fight for what you want but be realistic xx

Bread with low fat cheese spread, baked potato cook it for long enough to make it really soft, weetabix. Everything i had for about 2 weeks after mine out x

I think the misfit flash is amazing, its waterproof so can wear it swimming and if ur in the uk like me then currys&pc world have it for half price at the moment :)
