I moved up from 8 pound dumbbells to 15 pound ones this morning. Made it through a whole set before sanity reasserted itself and I went down to 12 pounds. I'm going to keep pushing with the 15s, though!

I've almost finished three weeks of Camp Gladiator, which involves me getting up at 4:30 am the days a week to make a 5:30 work out time. It starts at the end of June, but I took advantage of a free four week thing to Camp Gladiator. I don't know what the heck I thinking! 530 in the morning! I think I might die. :)
