I fit into another shirt that I hadn't worn in 3 years, I am now able to shop in all my smaller clothes that was too small that I had boxed up ( I knew I would get back into them)! I have a long way to go, but its a great feeling. Also, I have noticed the my waist is starting to make an appearance as well as my collar bone. I can't wait to keep going. I'm finding my figure again!!!16

Last night I discovered that I can easily take my wedding ring off and on without using lotion to get it on, lol! I've been married almost 2 years and this is the first time this has happened! I'm absolutely elated!15

For some reason i prefer wearing my fiancé slippers around the house eventhough his feet are way bigger than mine I made up for it with fat ,so my feet were just so stuck in them I could walk around without them falling off.They fell off a few minutes ago and I am still shocked.12

I've almost finished three weeks of Camp Gladiator, which involves me getting up at 4:30 am the days a week to make a 5:30 work out time.
I ran a whole lap at Camp Gladiator, rather than walking part of it.
My measurements on my arms have gone down, and it looks like my double chin is disappearing.
Finally, it is getting easier to eat normal portions and not snack. Last night, I thought in passing, hey, I'm hungry. Then I thought, nah, I'm really not. I'll get some water instead.

Have to get some new shoes as I've dropped a half size and get all my watch straps reduced two links.11

I'm becoming okay with going to bed feeling a bit hungry on occasion, rather than always thinking I have to eat something or I won't be able to get to sleep. I've been sleeping okay even if my stomach is grumbling a bit when I go to bed!21

I've reached the last and final notch of my belt. I was on the first notch when I started. Also saw videos of myself, I have a defined jawline now12

Still a work in progress and still in the "obese" category but BMI has gone down from 37 to 32 in a little over 3 months.43

Every day this week i've walked at least 3 miles! Maybe not all at once, but I'm really proud of it!24

I was feeling super grumpy and lazy today but I rounded up the kids and went to workout anyway. It was kind of a pain, but I'm really glad I went. I feel better even if I still feel lazy. lol I stayed longer than usual and tried some new things, so I'm proud of that.18

Today I went and had my hair stylist color my hair. After she was done with color and wash I sat in the chair for blow dry and style while she got her tools ready. When I looked at myself in the mirror I thought some of the color had gotten streaked on my face. I tried to rub it off but it was still there. I leaned closer for a better look and discovered it was a shadow cast from my cheek bones!33

Yesterday was customer appreciation day at my bank. They had cookies and lemonade set out. I saw them when I walked in and even though they had those awesome cookies with white chocolate and macadamia nuts, I didn't get any. The nsv wasn't so much that I resisted temptation. It was that I really wasn't tempted by them and it was lunch time when I went in there.22

Went for a crazy bike ride today, up huge slopes. There were about ten steep and long slopes. I had to get off twice and push the bike as I physically couldn't cycle up those particular hills, they were just too steep even in my lowest gear BUT the NSV is that I DID push the bike up the hills at a fairly decent speed - a year ago I would have looked at the hill and called for a taxi/cab!24

Slightly scale related, but damn I'm happy about it!
Slid into healthy BMI for the first time in my adult life. Now to keep going to get in the mid range!35 -
- I finally have an overweight bmi, instead of obese.
- I have to wear a belt with my non stretch jeans.
- I can feel my ribs and my hip bones.
- when sitting or laying in different positions it feels weird/different because of lost weight.
- I put on a shirt that I haven't worn in awhile and it's a little baggy.
- I can finally fit into a few pairs of jeans that I haven't worn in 4 years.
Yay! And congrats on everyone else's NSV! We can do it!30 -
Mine is a bit different, I looked in the mirror and realized I let myself get off track far too long, so I decided to start doing what I did when I first started back in 2012. I'm Day 3 into it, and I feel determined to get back to where I was. Losing 133 lbs and then gaining 25 back, just isn't working for me lol. So I am back, I am going back and remembering how I was once so determined to go from 250 lbs to 117 back to 142, it's a lot of stress of moving 3 times in a year and about to make it 4, but I have a month to get back on track. So here goes nothing and I consider this a NSV because I've been pretty stubborn lately.23

I thought I over drank my calories last night, but turns out I had saved enough calories that after the extra beer, I was still under calories. Weekends are typically what throw me off my momentum. So this was very encouraging!17

Being able to go 45 min on the stationary bike. When I started I was pushing it to make 10.23

Silly one, but - stepping out if the shower and being able to wrap a towel around my body and secure it without it gapping open because of my protruding belly. I even am able to see my toes and the tops of my legs when I look down.25

#1. I tucked my shirt into my shorts this morning and didn't even cringe at my reflection in the mirror. I haven't done that many years!!
#2. Not quite sure I'd call it a victory but, walking through the house this morning my pj pants fell off. Seriously. Fell completely down. Luckily no one else was up yet or it might have been awkward.19 -
That I just made a big batch of delicious salad for lunches this week instead of being lazy and buying sandwiches from the local shop. Saved myself money and calories, plus I get a great nutrient boost from the corn, kidney beans, mushrooms, avocado, lime juice...you get the picture!17

Yesterday I walked 3.5 miles its not a lot but its longer than my previous workouts so im happy.19

For the first time since I got my Fitbit Charge HR back in 2015, I've actually managed to get in over 8 hours of sleep. No matter how late or early I get in bed, I tend to wake up before 7am, and I usually average around six hours of sleep. Even though I did wake up in the early morning today, I managed to fall asleep quickly again and got a great rest. This good sleep made today's morning yoga practice so much better.

My nsv was yesterday feeling very very moody but instead of turning to junk food like I would have in the past I jumped in the pool amd did 100 kick board laps and some weights....totally lifted my mood and I felt double great for not eating and exercising. I could feel the tension melting away with each 20 pack of laps. Thought I'd be sore today but I'm all good.
