I have only been at the gym for a few weeks and usually follow the same program. Usually on my weights session I still complete the amount of reps but have to break it down. Eg instead of 2x12 I will do 4x6 or 3x8. Today I only had to break it down 3x8 on one machine. Also doing the same program on the bike I managed to cycle 12klms instead of 10klms in the same amount of time and on the treadmill I do an interval program. Usually when it speeds up I have to hold on for dear life. No holding on for me today!! #feelingstrong15

My belt doesn't have any more holes in it, so I can't get it to fit tight enough to hold up my now too loose jeans.16

I've just completed day 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I'm already dreading tomorrow. Had to stop a couple of times but towing 18stone around can be restricting.. Go me!!!

I ran errands with my boyfriend this weekend, and halfway through we had to swing back by the house. I had to run in and grab a belt because my jeans were falling down in the stores. Yay me!!!!20

I finished C25K this morning. All 8 weeks. Holy *kitten*. Can someone please call my high school gym teacher and let him know I can run three miles?
(Also, I woke up at 5:00 am to do this because it's going to be a scorcher. Who am I?)34 -
I got rid of all my "fat" clothes this past weekend. Donated bags of them! All my size 38 and 40 pants are now gone! No crutch to fall back on. I'm in this for life. There's no going back!32

Just today I was able to Bend over and tie my shoe with out losing my breath or losing balance. For so many years I had to sit down and bring my shoe to me instead of bending over to tie it.24

A pie I bought the last week of june is mostly still intact. Minus 2 small pieces. I love pecan pie, but not the calories... I would have destroyed that whole thing on the first day were it 1-2 years ago!17

I had a pleasant surprise this evening while leaving the gym. My trainers asked me if the gym could advertise my weight loss to inspire others, with before and "after" pictures and stats. It would be part of the video feeds throughout the gym. I was both shocked and flattered! Especially since I'm still 10-15 pounds away from finishing my first cut. It was a nice confirmation to just trust in the process, even if your end goal seems so far away. I'm still not sure about having those before pictures advertised though...36

First, every post here is super inspiring!
Second, some recent NSV's...
I can "feel" the weight loss when doing jumping jacks...it's much easier to do them now and I can jump higher.
Recently moved from the beginner to the intermediate version of my exercise program.
Had to get new exercise pants, down from a 2X to a L.
Had purchased a pair of NIKE air shox a few years ago and they were uncomfortable after a few hours due to being non wide width....can totally wear them now comfortably for hours!
Last but not least....I have my first 5k coming up July 23rd, the color run! Me! A 5k....never in a million years did I see myself doing that!

This may sound trivial, but I have just started my journey. It has been sporadic at best. My knees have been hurting and all of a sudden they feel a little better and I'm able to move more(walked 1/2 mile on the treadmill this week) I have recorded my meals a couple of times and it was eye opening. Too much salt, protein and carbs I will get better as I have not ever been on a healthy eating plan. I'm starting to move!18

This may sound trivial, but I have just started my journey. It has been sporadic at best. My knees have been hurting and all of a sudden they feel a little better and I'm able to move better (walked 1/2 mile on the treadmill this week). My knees are now clicking but not painfully popping. I have recorded my meals a couple of times and it was eye opening. Too much salt, protein and carbs. I will get better as I have not ever been on a healthy eating plan. I'm starting to move and am trying to change life-time poor habits/rituals.10

We have had a 5 lb jar of Jelly Belly jelly beans in the house for over 3 months now, it's still mostly full and I haven't touched it in the last 2 months (before I started this journey that jar would have been empty inside of 2 weeks)!13

I can blink on my right side again and don't have to tape my eye closed when I sleep.17

Hitting the 35 lb mark8

Tried on a pair of "real" jeans, not the elastic band ones I've been wearing for years. Was in a 24/26 elastic JMS from Walmart. Tried a pair of 24's with button and zipper and they fit comfortably!! Had some 22's that are close....another 5-10 pounds and they should fit! Yay!23

Realized today (after 8+ months) that the community experience here on MFP has really been instrumental in helping me change my perspective on weight loss. Before I would never really discuss it with other people or I would exit the conversation (and sometimes the room) when the subject came up as I was uncomfortable discussing out loud how much weight I had to lose. MFP has helped me change that - due in large part, I am pretty sure, to the candidness everyone displays in their posts. It is truly a great environment and I owe many of you some credit for my success so far.
Thanks!!!

In the past, when I caught myself off-guard in a reflection I would notice that my pants were too tight or I'd see a bulge of fat hanging out. Today I walked past a reflective window and noticed a flat stomach and buff arms! This morning I was bummed that the scale went up two pounds, but this NSV more than made up for it.20

Big weekend for me. One of my initial motivators that sparked my fitness journey was wanting to zipline but was I right on the 275lb limit and was worried about getting there and being denied after getting on the scale. Felt awesome to write down 238 and easily put on the harness and had such a blast! Then went and bought a pair of 38 shorts that are probably too loose, but I am so used to buying clothes oversized to feel comfortable I'm not quite used to wearing a tighter fitting style. Same with a couple new shirts. Bought XL, probably should have bought a large.22

Line at the grocery store was long today and I'm talking to a woman in line. At the end of the conversation she goes to me that's the reason why you must be skinny from eating all those healthy foods. I told her thanks but I still have my favorites I don't give up. At the same time my brain is going wow.
If she only knew about the Wendy's hamburgers pizza and beer on the beach.16 -
I ran up a really steep hill at the park over and over today. Last year I started just walking up and down that same hill and that was hard then. I haven't tried to jog or run literally since I was a kid in P.E!16
