I find that if I start eating at breakfast time then I eat all day lol.......i think I've just got myself into a pattern but I'm focusing on changing it.....

I need to rethink what and when I eat as I'm so guilty of starving all day then munching once I'm home...especially while I'm cooking in the kitchen.......need to make time when I'm working

I cook all my food from scratch.....no sauces or ready made ..a.habit I picked up from slimming world and even though I don't follow it as a diet i cook the same....my downfall is sugar and prosecco....deadly combo
