I only started MFP a few days ago and have already lost 3 pounds of the 28 I want to see the back of. DH and I are hiking Maccu Picchu this August so REALLY want to shift the extra baggage by then.

I find I am better off with a more 'controlled' approach to weight loss. When I did slimming world I just went wild; eating packets of pasta just because I could!
