I'm a little late to the party but want to join anyway! My goal is quite a bit smaller since I am 67 with medical issues. So, that said, my goal is to walk for 30 minutes a day (right now it's walking 2 miles/hr. on the treadmill) alternating with swimming laps 2-3 days a week.
