Like everyone else said, you do look great. Biggest tip that helps me is "there are a lot of days in a month. Don't let one bad day ruin the rest." So if you slip, you stand up, dust yourself off, and get right back on track.

I have the problem of eating when not hungry to try and hit my calories for the day. I am only trying to manage 2000 to 2200 a day. And I am losing weight. But trying to eat cleaner. You can have a lot of somethings and get hardly any calories out of it. example: I love broccoli but it is very little calories. Yet 2 cups…
