No cross training so far. I have to try that. And I need to get back to tracking my food regularly.

So I run 4 times a week, and one is usually a long one, 10-12 kilometers (6-7 miles I think). I try to make it slow. The rest of the days I ran minimum 5 km (3 miles?), this is my own rule, that I do not run less than this (don´t ask me why, I just feel that shorter distances are not satisfying enough).
