I don't know about Atkins...but Almond milk is good. It's my go to, for my meal replacement shakes. Almonds are very good for losing weight. I've recently began using some cashew milk...it's a little creamier, but I like the Almond milk, personally. Also, just my opinion, from experience.. I would go for a more balanced…
