I stopped logging my exercise on here because it was so unrealistic imo. not only that it then kept telling you to eat more which to me seemed like the wrong idea altogether! lol

All I am allowed to do exercise wise is walk due to a current health issue but I have still managed to lose. Just not as quickly as I would like to if I could exercise!

I started at 112.8kg which I think is about 250lbs on 29th March. I am just setting small targets just now to try and keep things real but like you would love to lose 100lb long term. feel free to add me too :)

I dont know what age your kids are and I know its a very poor substitute but remember there are things like facetime now too - I know of someone in a similar situation who is using this (with his ex's help as his daughter is only a year old) and after finding it almost impossible to start with he now feels that it helps…

I use the pool, not always to swim but there is a small leisure pool near me where I go either walking in the water or light jog in the water or just bouncing up and down if thats all you feel like. Its amazing how many of us do it!

DONT use low salt. First thing I was told at the cardiac unit when a family member was seriously ill and now has to be on a low salt diet.
